Coronovirus You are understandably frustrated by the barrage of never-ending coverage of what the World Health Organization is calling a global pandemic, and the impact it is having on your operation and the entire travel sector, so we’ve prepared a resource guide to help you, your business, your team, and your customers ride out the panic and prepare for the future.

For Your Business and Customers
The National Limousine Association (NLA) and its government relations firm, Cornerstone Government Affairs, are working continuously to ensure that the livery segment of the transportation industry is included in any potential economic stimulus plans that Congress or the White House are developing.

The Trump Administration, which has declared COVID-19 a national emergency, is working with Congress on relief for the industries and its workers that were hit hardest. It's an evolving situation that we will report on as it becomes available. States are also imposing their own restrictions on travel, quarantine rules, and limits on gathering sizes.

A guide to best practices, which is being frequently updated and is courtesy of the NLA, is available here:

Other national/international industry associations are also leading the charge by fighting for the industry in Washington and arming operators with information, including American Bus Association, United Motorcoach Association, Global Business Travel Association, and The Transportation Alliance. Be sure to stay in touch with your state and local association, which are also fighting on your behalf on a local level.

The Small Business Administration has made federal disaster loan assistance available to small businesses. You can find information on your eligibility and how to apply here: https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela/

IRS delays the federal tax payment deadline (filing deadline is still 4/15): https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus
