From Sunday evening to Wednesday morning, we have an incredible lineup of activities planned for you. Of course, the fun starts with our Opening Dinner & Party at Shiso. Our rooftop reception in the hip Wynwood section of Miami will allow you to sip creative cocktails from the open bar, enjoy live music and shareable bites, then settle in for a vibrant, family-style dinner that blends Japanese technique, wood-fired BBQ, and Caribbean flavor.
Ken Lucci of Driving Transactions
Then on Monday, after breakfast, we have a jam-packed schedule designed to educate, enlighten, and excite. Our daytime programming offers a two-part workshop, courtesy of sales expert Victor Antonio. Through Antonio’s combination of real-world know-how and humor, the strategic morning session will challenge operators to take a fresh look at how their sales efforts are structured and where opportunities for refinement exist. Then after a buffet lunch and our always-popular Vendor Meet & Greet, attendees will reconvene for part two of the day’s training to focus on maximizing revenue already within reach—both from inbound opportunities and existing client relationships. After a short break, the energy shifts to Calle Ocho in Little Havana, where we take over Old’s Havana for an unforgettable evening of authentic Cuban cuisine and open bar, live music, and nonstop atmosphere.
CD President Chris Weiss
Michelle Miller of Elite Coach
Charlie Murray of Total Transportation
Jeff Nyikos of Leros Transportation Group
After breakfast on Tuesday morning, get ready for competition, as we present the Stages of Your Business Roundtable. Attendees will break out into teams with oversight from Moderator Ken Lucci of Driving Transactions to tackle a series of common challenges faced by folks every day in our industry. Participants will assume the role of both a small to mid-size operator as well as a mid- to larger operator and navigate four business problems based on business size and operational scenarios. This fast-paced and fun activity is sure to bring out the best in operators as they compete for cool prizes and bragging rights! Then after a buffet lunch, we’re pleased to present Real Talk: Fireside Chat with Industry Leaders. Join CD President Chris Weiss as he moderates a panel of operators—Jeff Nyikos of Leros Transportation Group, Michelle Miller of Elite Coach, and Charlie Murray of Total Transportation—for a discussion of challenges faced by the industry at large. Topics will include rising costs and the pressure to raise prices, the outlook for the remainder of 2026, which vehicles are most profitable, and much more. And to keep the session laid back and relaxed, cocktails will be served during the afternoon.
Our event comes to a close on Wednesday with a slice of adventure, as operators are invited to join us for the Foxsea Tiki Catamaran excursion. This optional four-hour catamaran tour through Miami’s sparkling blue waterways includes beer and seltzers, lunch, a live DJ, and a stop at a sandbar for off-the-boat fun. A limited number of slots for this trip are available, so be sure to register today.
