The Chauffeured Transportation Association of New Jersey (CTANJ) recently introduced its CTANJ Mentor Program, which has been designed to connect seasoned industry professionals as mentors with newer and less experienced operators. All CTANJ Operator and Affiliate Members are eligible to participate in the free program.
According to the announcement, the mentors’ companies are a variety of sizes so they can offer insight at various growth stages. The program will include initial meetings, ongoing discussions and coaching, visits to the mentor’s business, and access to subject matter experts in finance, insurance, licensing, vehicle purchasing, and operations.
