Motorcoach manufacturer Prevost announced the appointment of Guillaume Charron, VP of retail operations, to the American Bus Association (ABA) Board of Directors. ABA is a leading North American trade association representing the motorcoach, charter bus, group travel, and tourism industries.

Charron, who has been in the motorcoach industry for more than 30 years, will replace François Tremblay, president of Prevost, on the ABA Board. Tremblay was honored for his nine years of service at last month’s ABA Marketplace in Reno.

“We are thrilled to welcome Guillaume from the Prevost team to the ABA Board of Directors,” says ABA President & CEO Fred Ferguson. “ABA is very much in a growth mode right now, and his appointment is a clear signal of both our strength as an association and our intent to continue expanding our operator base—here at home and internationally. Prevost has long been a cornerstone of the North American motorcoach industry, and Guillaume’s perspective will be invaluable as we work to grow membership, elevate the industry’s voice, and build the next era of ABA.”
