Howdy, partners! Are you ready to join Chauffeur Driven (CD) and the National Limousine Association (NLA) in Texas for our incredible Fall Show? We’re thrilled to present the finalized schedule for the upcoming 2025 CD/NLA Show held October 25-28 at the all-under-one-roof Gaylord Texan, just outside of Dallas. We’re anticipating an amazing event, with more education, networking, and excitement than you can fit under a 10-gallon hat, making this the must-attend show of the season.

The fun starts on Saturday at noon—yes, Saturday—for a day devoted to technology. Take part in the Limo Anywhere Academy, where you can join their team for a power-packed afternoon of hands-on learning, product deep-dives, and actionable insights. This is your opportunity to learn best practices from industry experts, explore powerful new features and future roadmap developments, engage in role-based breakout sessions tailored to both new and advanced users, and connect with fellow operators and Limo Anywhere insiders.

Then on Sunday, our three days of industry-centric educational programming formally begins with a lineup of sessions, roundtables, and networking events that will appeal to operators of all sizes across all markets. The CD/NLA Show Education Committee (co-chaired by Jason Sharenow of Broadway Elite Worldwide and Karl Guenther of Statement Limousine) has assembled some fresh and timely content for our eleven seminars and sessions delivered by experts from both inside and outside our industry. Over three days we’re thrilled to offer world-class education on operations, marketing, finances, leadership, and safety.

In fact, we’re pleased to bring more outside speakers to the CD/NLA Show than ever before. For instance, Customer Experience Coach John Formica returns to the CD/NLA Show with Secrets to Attract More Customers, Build Loyalty, and Have an Abundance of Referrals Today, in which he will share secrets to better connect with customers and be memorable to make your business the “go to” limo and transportation service in your community. We’re also thrilled to offer Distracted Driving Affects Your Business More Than You Realize from noted Behavioral Psychologist Paul Atchley, PhD. In his talk, he will examine the value of immediate information, the disconnect of risk and behavior, and the “grand illusion” we call human perception. The talk will conclude with a discussion of how we might tackle this problem to improve safety for all who use our roads.

Sunday at 4:30 p.m. is one of the highlights of our annual fall show: the Operator Mentoring Program. Mentorship remains one of the smartest moves an entrepreneur can make, which is why this packed event continues to be a favorite among our attendees. Our 24 mentors represent a dynamic mix of industry leaders—spanning generations, company sizes, specialties, and markets—so there’s truly someone for everyone. We keep group sizes at the tables manageable to give everyone plenty of time to ask questions and get valuable, personalized feedback. Advance registration is required, and if you’ve got your eye on a particular mentor, don’t wait—seats fill fast.

Then, we close out our first day with an evening of Lone Star charm as we turn our show floor into our version of the famous State Fair of Texas! Sponsored by Ultimate Toys, this celebration promises to be anything but ordinary—enjoy popcorn and cotton candy, our customary open bar, carnival games like Ring Toss and Plinko, and maybe even try your luck on a mechanical bull or two. It’s a chance to unwind, connect with vendors and fellow attendees, and treat yourself to a little Texan flair under the convention center lights—boots optional, but highly encouraged.

Whether you're there for the rhythm, the dancing, or just a well-earned farewell with your fellow peers, we send you home in Big Tex style.
