London — Brunel, a Europcar Company, was named Best Ground Transportation Company at the 25th annual Business Travel Awards held on January 20. Representatives of Brunel received the award at a gala ceremony at Grosvenor House, where guests were treated to a champagne reception, three-course dinner, and live entertainment.
A panel of judges, composed of 20 senior travel buyers, issued a statement about Brunel’s win: “Brunel is not only a forward-thinking organisation, having identified a number of developments that will revolutionise the sector, but also demonstrated a willingness to change with the demands of the market. Full marks, too, for quality, safety and sustainability.”
Brunel originated in London 1982 as a chauffeur drive product and now encompasses a worldwide roadshow, event management, taxi, and private hire service that serves 480 cities across 75 countries.
