Chauffeur Driven and industry strategic consulting firm Driving Transactions are proud to continue their ongoing collaboration to compile, analyze, and report on real-time industry trends.
Following the strong response to their first industry survey, the pair is conducting its Q1 2026 research study, part of a continuing effort to capture and share a snapshot of the industry. This time, the survey is focused specifically on how chauffeured transportation and motorcoach operators are adjusting their fleet vehicle mix in 2026.
“Electric vehicles, Sprinters, SUVs, minibuses, and motorcoaches—the costs, availability, insurance landscape, and client expectations are shifting fast. We want to better understand how operators are adapting so we can share clear, data-driven insights back to the industry,” says Driving Transactions Principal Analyst Ken Lucci.
All operators are invited to take the survey, even if they completed one in 2025. You can participate through this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/6WWHX32
The ambitious project is designed to help operators benchmark their company’s performance against the greater industry, while also identifying common issues and emerging pain points that are impacting chauffeured transportation—whether locally or nationally.
Each quarter, the companies will invite industry operators across the nation to participate via email in a brief survey. Operators’ data will remain anonymous. The quarterly data will be thoroughly and carefully analyzed by the dedicated research team at Driving Transactions, and reports will be published by CD and Driving Transactions.
“The ground transportation industry is at an inflection point. Our goal with the research and the Ground Transportation Podcast is to help the industry become stronger together so we can tackle the insurance crisis, embrace autonomous vehicles, and engage with customers in new ways. For those reasons, Driving Transactions has partnered up with Chauffeur Driven, PAX Training, and the Ground Transportation Podcast to conduct and share this research with you,” adds Lucci.
Again, the survey is anonymous, and the information will be used for statistical purposes only. The better the participation rate, the more it helps the industry at large.
