Groundbreaking of the new N.C. facility
Premium motorcoach manufacturer Prevost, producer of the H3-45 coach, has partnered with longtime customer Holiday Tours—a third-generation, family-owned operator with a fleet of more than 70 motorcoaches—to develop a new facility supporting their continued growth. The companies held a groundbreaking ceremony March 25 at 10538 U.S. Hwy. 220 Business N. in Randleman.
The 14-bay building is designed as a purpose-built space to enhance service capabilities and operational efficiency for both organizations, with an anticipated opening in early 2027. The project reflects a shared investment in long-term growth and customer support.
Holiday Tours, which has partnered with Prevost since 1985 and purchased 129 motorcoaches during that time, will significantly expand its in-house maintenance program through the new facility. The added capacity is expected to improve turnaround times, increase service capabilities, and further support fleet uptime, according to the joint press release.
Prevost, which maintains the largest OEM-owned service network in the motorcoach industry, said the collaboration aligns with its ongoing focus on customer support and infrastructure investment across North America.
