CD/NLA Show Vegas 2026

As a big chunk of the country is recovering from extreme winter conditions, you can bet that our thoughts are toward the hot days and nights of Vegas when the CD/NLA Show returns to the MGM Grand on March 1-3. If you haven’t yet registered, head over to cdnlavegas.com to take advantage of our preregistration rate and save some money. And while you’re at it, secure your stay at the MGM as part of our exclusive room block. With an average of $185/night, you can bet that things are filling up fast. Don’t forget that this incredible offer expires on February 6.

Chauffer Driven and the National Limousine Association have been hard at work with our incredibly dedicated Show Education Committee to deliver the timeliest, most relevant sessions at this year’s show. With the help of co-chairs Jason Sharenow of Broadway Elite Worldwide and Karl Guenther of Statement Limousine, we have put together another on-point slate of sessions and seminars to arm you with the knowledge you need to help your company thrive. Special thanks goes to Education Sponsor Hoffmann Family of Companies—not to mention Coffee Sponsor Buffalo Limousine. We’re also thrilled to welcome Audio-Visual Sponsor Elite Coach Transportation.

Our educational programming kicks off at noon on Sunday, with a quartet of sessions that run the spectrum of business development. We start our lineup with Scaling Up: Growth Strategy Made Easier with AI, featuring Bill Gallagher of ScalingCoach.com. His proven growth method changes the equation by acting as a thinking partner that helps you move faster on what matters most. In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to clarify your growth strategy and sharpen your positioning; translate that strategy into practical hiring, onboarding, and retention practices; install execution rhythms that keep your team aligned; and gain clear visibility into cash flow and profitability.

We follow that with the powerhouse pair of Matt Daus of Windels Marx and Ken Lucci of Driving Transactions for Autonomous Vehicles Are Coming—Navigating the Road Ahead. As autonomous vehicles may be among the biggest inflection points in ground transportation in our lifetime, this session offers a deep dive into the current state of the technology and what’s coming globally.

Next, you can get insight on How to Capitalize on the Emerging Trend of Bleisure Travel. You may not realize it, but your clients are already blending business and leisure travel. This session will show you how to build a simple system to capitalize on this profitable, growing trend by expanding your footprint and creating new revenue streams without reinventing the wheel.

Meanwhile, also at 3:15 p.m., attendees can join James Blain of PAX Training and The Secret Formula for Passenger Loyalty & Growth. What sets the fastest-growing transportation companies apart in a crowded market? It’s their ability to deliver consistently top-notch passenger experiences and to scale that excellence throughout their operations. Whether you want to sharpen your edge, raise your team’s standard, or just make sure you’re not leaving revenue on the table, this is the session you literally can’t afford to miss.

On Monday morning at 8:30, we present two exciting sessions before our acclaimed Keynote. First is our International Panel & Open Discussion. This hybrid session will tackle some of the most timely and important issues facing the global chauffeured transportation community—both abroad and in the US. Expected topics include consistent service standards; client and affiliate etiquette and communication; the shared benefits of technology and connectivity; the impact of sustainability and AVs; insurance and liability; and shifting customer expectations in markets around the world. There will be plenty of time for audience Q&A and input as we discuss upcoming international events you’ll want on your radar.

Concurrently, we’re pleased to offer Managing Risk, Controlling Costs & Protecting Your Brand, a session that provides a practical roadmap for using risk management as a strategic and competitive advantage. Our panel of speakers will explore how proactive safety practices, data-driven tools, chauffeur training, and more work in synergy to impact your insurance outcomes.

On Tuesday, March 3, you’ll want to make sure those proverbial pencils are sharpened as we present a trio of terrific seminars. We start bright and early with The Art of Affiliate Etiquette, a session that appeals to operators of all sizes and markets. Join Moderator Thomas Halsnik of Walsh Chauffeured Transportation and speakers Billy Placier of Commonwealth Worldwide, Quentin Shackelford of All Class Limo, and Paul Pasternak of Legends Limousine Worldwide for a dive into managing successful affiliate relationships. This session covers best practices for handling farm-in and farm-out work, setting clear expectations, and representing partner companies professionally and consistently. We’ll also discuss communication standards, service recovery, and how to protect your brand while supporting your affiliates.

Then at 9:30, the tech talk continues with AI Right NOW: Real-Time Tools You Can Use Today. With AI moving so quickly in the business world, this session provides a timely snapshot of how operators can leverage today’s AI tools to analyze data, simplify financial processes, support leadership decisions, and reduce everyday operational friction. Participants will explore practical use cases, guided exercises, and real-world examples designed to meet operators where they are—whether they’re just getting started or ready to scale their use of AI.

Finally, smaller operators will want to bookmark our last session on Tuesday called In Increase Bookings Without Adding Staff or Time. We will look at how the tried-and-true methods really are the best remedies by bringing owners back to the sales fundamentals that consistently drive results. Designed for those with average fleet of 10 vehicles or fewer, this workshop focuses on simple, human-centered sales habits that compound into real, sustainable revenue. We’ll cover practical ways to generate referrals, strengthen client relationships, and follow up more effectively—without funnels, hired sales staff, or complicated systems. Just clear, proven actions you can implement immediately to grow your business.
