Vert, a leading UK-based technology company and chauffeur service, recently announced a new strategic integration with GRiDD Technologies, a global SaaS provider for the ground transportation industry. In the announcement, the companies said that the partnership will accelerate the launch of Vert as a Service (VaaS), a new platform designed to empower local operators worldwide.

“We’re excited to integrate with GRiDD Technologies' GNet platform,” says Vert Founder & CEO Dacian Keran. “This partnership connects us to international suppliers and operators already using GNet, giving our users more partners, more demand, and more reach. It’s a crucial step in strengthening the global integrations we already have in place.”

This collaboration is powered by GRiDD Technologies’ GNet platform, a unified, open-source network that connects diverse reservation and dispatch systems through a single API. This technology addresses a long-standing challenge in the ground transportation industry: the fragmentation of technology and the difficulty of real-time collaboration. The GNet platform, popular in the chauffeured transportation industry, allows its 5,000 members to send and receive reservations and exchange real-time data seamlessly, without needing to change their existing software.

Vert is preparing to launch VaaS, the advanced dispatching and management platform it built for its own highly rated London chauffeur service. With more than 1,000 chauffeurs and a 4.95-star operator rating, Keran says that Vert has proven the effectiveness of VaaS, which delivers advanced allocation, live tracking, onboarding, payments, and automation designed by operators for operators.

“With VaaS, local operators get instant access to new demand, smarter dispatching, and tech that clears out daily clutter,” says Keran. “GNet adds power to that engine. Its connectivity means more work flowing in, more partners onboarding, and more opportunities for operators who join VaaS. We’re building a network that changes how fleets grow, cutting the noise and keeping operators earning with one clean, reliable platform.”

“Vert is exactly the type of forward-thinking partner we envisioned when we built GNet.. With this integration, Vert as a Service is immediately connected to a worldwide community of operators, travel distributors, and corporate buyers,” says GRiDD Technologies CTO Reza Shahbazi.

The integration with GNet is the critical link that will enable Vert to rapidly scale the VaaS network, ensuring a streamlined workflow and an enhanced user experience for its clients. Both companies share a vision to build a platform that empowers local operators to compete and succeed on a global stage.

“Next comes scale,” said Keran. “Vert is expanding nationally and internationally, and VaaS is becoming the backbone for operators worldwide. With GNet, that vision moves faster.”
