Lacey Hayes
As you’re aware, the CD/NLA Show is the preeminent source of education for the luxury ground transportation industry. At this year’s event, held February 23-26 at the Paris Hotel & Casino, we’re thrilled to present a wide array of programming, ranging from financial advice, operations, insurance, global issues, and so much more. In addition to our popular classroom sessions and roundtables, you’ll want to stick around through Wednesday for our exclusive bonus workshop entitled Fuel Your Business Growth and Take Command. What makes this seminar so intriguing is that it’s hosted by professional implementers of the popular Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
For those unfamiliar with EOS, the world-renowned system is a set of simple concepts and practical tools used by hundreds of thousands of companies around the globe to clarify, simplify, and achieve their vision. We were pleased to introduce EOS to a new (and rapt) audience at the 2023 CD/NLA Executive Retreat in Nashville, and that presentation was met with enthusiasm and rave reviews from operators around the country.
“The EOS presentation was phenomenal! I expected a sales pitch, but it was incredibly generous and informative. A+++,” says Lauren Elam of Molly's Trolleys.
In Vegas, join EOS Professional Implementers Mike Zappone (also of Leros Transportation Group) and Lacey Hayes for a hands-on presentation geared toward small and midsize companies. This popular business program focuses on your team to ensure that you are working with a unified goal and purpose, have the right people in the right seats, and operate within a culture of accountability. In this workshop, you’ll tackle labor costs and inefficiency with proven tools, learn scalable processes that support sustainable growth, align your team and vision to move faster toward your destination. As an industry veteran of the industry, Zappone knows our space intimately, and he and Hayes will keep the energy and momentum going so you can implement everything you’ve learned.

“My favorite quote regarding EOS is from [author] Gino Wickman: ‘Vision without traction is merely hallucination.’ It captures the essence of EOS, emphasizing the importance of aligning on a vision and creating a disciplined and accountable team that executes to achieve real results,” says Zappone.
“If you’re ready for finding out about solid tools that are not only going to open up communication, but bring clarity to operating your business, you have to go to the EOS workshop in Vegas,” says Athena Grimm of BAC Transportation, a long-time adopter of EOS.
Please note that there is limited seating for our bonus workshop, so you must preregister. RSVP today to secure your spot and ensure you receive the exclusive workbook. Instruction and workshops of this caliber would typically cost thousands of dollars; our Wednesday bonus session is included with the price of the show. Don’t miss this exclusive opportunity to join committed industry leaders who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work.
With advance registration reaching record numbers, this year’s CD/NLA Show promises to be our biggest show ever. If you haven’t yet purchased your show pass, just click here to save $50 over onsite registration prices.

GRiDD Technologies, the company that brought you the GNet connectivity platform, has announced the launch of GNet Connect, an innovative supercharged portal designed to empower businesses by increasing efficiency and reducing redundant tasks. This new and improved portal will allow companies to expand their reach globally and lower operational costs.

GNet Connect builds upon the familiar GNet portal, offering a suite of powerful tools and features for improved user experience, new revenue streams, and cost and operational efficiency, including:
- Advanced search capabilities: Members can now find partners worldwide using our advanced search functionality. This feature allows filtering by location, fleet type, and services, making it easier than ever to find the right partners.
- Dedicated partner profiles: Similar to LinkedIn, each partner now has a dedicated page showcasing detailed company information, services offered, and fleet details, providing a comprehensive view of potential partners.
- Smart document management: Partners can now upload crucial documents, such as certificates of insurance and airport permits. This feature enhances transparency and trust, giving a clearer picture of each partner's credentials.
- Market insights: Gain valuable insights into market trends and operator preferences. Make data-driven decisions to optimize your services and stay ahead of the competition.
- Public web presence: GNet members can build profiles that act as a public website, providing an online presence without the need for a web developer or technical skills. This is ideal for operators who don't have a website or have outdated ones. This eliminates the need for separate website hosting and development, saving businesses an average of $20 to more than $300 per month.

"I rely on GNet Connect daily to enhance our operations," says Maysa Transportation General Manager Pooneh Pahlevan. "The platform's search functionality is invaluable, allowing me to efficiently locate partners, review their profiles, and assess the services they offer. This feature also enables me to verify their locations and service areas, ensuring seamless collaboration. One feature I particularly appreciate is GNet Connect's smart document management system. It provides a secure and organized space to store, share, and manage all our licenses, permits, and insurance documents, reducing the risk of missed renewals or lost paperwork.
Pahlevan adds that the recent integration of WhatsApp messaging into GNet Connect has significantly improved their communication with affiliate partners.
"GNet is not just a fantastic tech platform within our industry, they are partners who are genuinely invested in everyone's success," says Safe Solo CEO Daniel Belcher. "Their responsiveness and seamless integration allowed us to focus on what we do best—providing a safe, reliable, and secure service worldwide. Furthermore, the scalability of the GNet platform has empowered us to grow without constraints, and GNet Connect, the fantastic new offering from GNet, will help us grow and save a lot of time building up and maintaining our global network."
GNet Connect is available on a subscription basis with several tiers starting at $29.95 per month. A free basic version is also available.
GNet will also be holding a users’ group session at the 2025 CD/NLA Show in Vegas on February 23 at 10:30 a.m. To RSVP, click here.
