san francisco executive retreat It was your choice: When we asked the industry where our next retreat should take place—after absolutely crushing it in Nashville and New Orleans—you picked San Francisco as our destination. There is much to love about the City by the Bay: The Golden Gate Bridge, breathtaking vistas, historic sites like Fisherman’s Wharf and Alcatraz, the iconic skyline that often peeks through the fog.

Join us June 25-28 for the third annual Chauffeur Driven Executive Retreat (Platinum Sponsors Grech Motors and Ford-Lincoln Limousine and Livery Vehicles), held at the newly renovated and lushly appointed Hotel Nikko, located in Union Square—the city’s culture and arts center. For only $799, operators of all sizes are invited to network like pro, learn like a boss, and enjoy the spoils of San Francisco during our city-inspired evening events like a king (or queen!). We’ve secured a rate of $229/night (Sunday-Wednesday), with limited availability to extend your stay before or after. But we’ve saved the best for last: A daytrip to three wineries in gorgeous Napa Valley on Wednesday is included in the price! You can even bring your spouse to evening events and the Napa tour for only $399.

Keeping with tradition, we draw on the expertise of elite business training experts FranklinCovey in a session specifically tailored for our industry on Tuesday."

As always, our Executive Retreat is limited to 200 operators and features two days of intensive education, casual networking opportunities from morning to night, numerous meals, and evening activities that will have everyone appreciating why Tony Bennett crooned about leaving his heart in San Francisco. Information about all of our events will be available on our newly launched retreat website at sanfranciscoexecutiveretreat.com.

Monday and Tuesday mornings will feature a scrumptious breakfast before getting down to business with our education sessions. Monday’s theme is Shock Your Business, designed to get you thinking about the “what-ifs” you face as a company owner. Split into two sessions—people/staff and finance—these moderated workshops will delve into a handful of critical areas that could leave your company most vulnerable without a plan. We want to jolt you out of your comfort zone but arm you with information and a course of action should you lose a key employee, face a major financial crisis, and more. The best offense is a good defense, and these sessions will leave you prepared to tackle anything thrown at your operation.

san francisco executive retreat Keeping with tradition, we draw on the expertise of elite business training experts FranklinCovey in a session specifically tailored for our industry on Tuesday: Embracing Change at the Speed of Trust. The two-part course will address such topics as fostering confidence within your company and learning to love change. The organization, which has more than three decades of experience training professionals at all levels, bases much of its core tenets on the wildly popular business tome The 7 Habits of Highly Successful People, written by late company founder Stephen Covey. This alone is worth the price of admission.

Lest you think we’re just about education: Our afternoon and evening events, kicking off with our opening reception on Sunday night, will feature plenty of libations, locally inspired cuisine, and spectacular views of the city and the bay. There are more details to come, but trust us: They will leave you inspired and ready to hit the ground running each day of our retreat. We have some pretty cool tricks up our sleeves for this retreat, so stay tuned for all of the breaking details!
