California-based Mosaic Global Transportation is proud to announce the addition of electric vehicles in their fleet as part of their sustainable solutions in transportation. This is the culmination of a two-year project aimed at reducing the company's carbon footprint and leading the transportation industry towards a greener future.
According to Mosaic, the project began in September 2021 to transform how they serve their clients, which included the deployment, operation, and maintenance of five DC fast chargers, laying the groundwork for what would become their extensive commitment to clean energy.
Fast forward to today, after meticulous planning and collaboration with top electric vehicle technology firms, Mosaic has introduced three state-of-the-art, fully electric transit vehicles into their service offerings. These vehicles are now operational as eco-friendly shuttles for the internal transit network of a leading technology corporation in Silicon Valley, which they say reflects their dedication to innovation and core values of sustainability.
"Embracing sustainability is not just a trend, it's a critical component of our long-term vision for the transportation industry,” says Founder & CEO Maurice Brewster. “The conversion of our vehicles to electric is a testament to this commitment. This initiative demonstrates our dedication to leading the charge in environmental stewardship while providing top-tier service to our clientele.”
Echoing the sentiment, President Rhonda Brewster added: “This electrification project is a significant milestone in our journey to reduce our ecological footprint and to foster a greener future. It's a proud moment for the entire Mosaic team as we see our efforts come to fruition, delivering on our promise of eco-efficient and exceptional transportation solutions.”
The Brewsters say that they hope that their initiative stands as a beacon for the industry, signaling a shift towards more environmentally conscious business models and operational excellence.

LANJ Executive Director Patricia Nelson
The meeting agenda will focus on the upcoming implementation of congestion pricing now intended for virtually all drivers below 60th Street in Manhattan. What it likely will mean for chauffeured transportation operators' pocketbooks will be explained by the featured speaker LANJ lobbyist Michael DeLamater of Market Street Strategies. There will be ample time set aside for questions and answers, so members are advised to come prepared to inquire about how the congestion pricing will affect your company's operational decisions.
Again, there is no fee to attend but pre-registration is required. To RSVP, reach out to Nelson at patricia.nelson103@gmail.com, saying "I'll/We'll be there" and confirming your registrant’s name(s) and company.
