Fun Evening Events
Hey, we know the show is a lot of work, so we offer two awesome parties to help you unwind before you gear up for the next day. We get things rolling on the first evening of the show with our Opening Night Reception, sponsored by Mercedes-Benz. Kick back and relax with your colleagues while enjoying a cocktail, some light eats, and tons of music at the Westin’s beautiful pavilion and patio—and don’t forget to snap a pic in our photo booth. But save some energy for our Monday night Tailgating Party, sponsored by Above All Transportation/Boston Car Service, where you can foster some friendly camaraderie by donning your favorite team jersey (which will make your market identifiable, too!). There will be plenty of drinks, stadium-style eats, Monday Night Football on TV, and games to keep things competitive.

Official Show App
Our brand-new app, sponsored by North Point Global Transportation Services, is your gateway to all of our show’s exhibitors, attendees, speakers, events, floor plans, social media, and so much more. Charity/Hall of Fame Dinner & Auction
Our Charity Auction & Dinner is a special evening for us, because due to the generosity of our attendees, you’ve helped us raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for charity over the past six years. This year, we’ve partnered with the Ronald McDonald House Charities, which provides low- or no-cost housing for traveling families while seeking medical treatment for their seriously ill or injured child. The night includes a buffet dinner (at no additional cost to attend), a live auction with an array of items from sports memorabilia to one-of-a-kind trips, and our brand-new Hall of Fame, where we will celebrate the accomplishments of our industry leaders. We’re proud to present our inaugural class of Inductees: Sam Amato of Gateway Global, Barbara Chirico of Gem Limousine, Ed Grech of Grech Motors, George Jacobs of Windy City Limousine & Bus, Dawson Rutter of Commonwealth Worldwide, and David Seelinger of EmpireCLS Worldwide. Join us and show your support for the Ronald McDonald House and the best of our industry! Sponsored by Aadvanced Limousines, Chosen Payments, Commonwealth Worldwide, and Windy City Limousine & Bus.

Owner’s Game
Don’t forget to save some room in your schedule for a few other events we have on tap. First, if you joined us for our Executive Retreat in San Diego, then you’re familiar with our Owner’s Game, an interactive contest that splits participants into competitive teams to see who can retire with the most money. Designed, facilitated, and sponsored by Strategy Leaders, the Owner’s Game will take you through a series of team-selected choices that may yield surprising results—for better or worse. It’s deceptively simple, but do you have the skills to win? This event requires pre-registration at chauffeurdrivenshow.com/show-info/owners-game.html.

Association Summit
We’ve invited leaders from the industry’s most active advocacy organizations to join us for our Association Summit. This open discussion, sponsored by MCI, will highlight all the tremendous efforts that our volunteer spokespeople make on behalf of chauffeured transportation at large, and is open to anyone who wants to make their voice heard or to step up to fight.

Before You Go
Have you registered? What are you waiting for? There’s no time like now to ensure that you’re all set and ready to go. Our room block at the Westin is sold out, but you’re in luck: We’ve secured a room block at the nearby (across the street from the convention center) Aloft Boston Seaport for only $227 per night. Once you have your accommodations secured, be sure to download the Official Show App so that you can plan your schedule to get the most out of your attendance. Also, there are several events that require pre-registration, so be sure to reserve your spot before we fill up. Those events that require pre-registration are our Owner’s Game and Operator Mentoring Program; if you’d like to purchase a table at our Affiliate Central Global Partner Forum, limited spaces are still available. You can register for all of the above at chauffeurdrivenshow.com.

CD Show Weeks Away About the Area
The Boston Seaport is a newly revitalized area with plenty of eateries and watering holes nearby the Westin. We have plenty of opportunities to grab a bite—from our breakfast (sponsored by Volvo) on Tuesday morning or our show floor lunches on Monday (sponsored by Grech Motors), Tuesday (sponsored by Titus Leasing), and Wednesday to our Opening Night Reception (sponsored by Mercedes-Benz) and Tailgating Party (sponsored by Above All Transportation/Boston Car Service), as well as coffee in all of our seminars—but you can easily find a place for a client meeting or a private dinner with friends. Stay on property and enjoy some pub-inspired cuisine at MJ O’Connor’s or creative American dishes at Sauciety (reservations required). If you want to keep it to drinks, the Westin offers the City Bar (located in the lobby) or the Birch Bar. There are tons of options for any type of cuisine within a mile of the Westin.
