Hosted in Anchorage, the TLPA Mid-Year International Leadership Conference will kick off with a cocktail reception for all attendees on July 12. The following day will feature two general sessions and a breakfast and lunch open to all attendees. The TLPA will also hold a board meeting on July 14.

This is the first time in more than two decades that the TLPA has hosted a meeting in Alaska. The conference will be held at the distinctive Hotel Captain Cook in Anchorage. Bill Scalzi, President A special room rate of $260 per night is being offered to the attendees. The room block expires on June 10 or whenever it seels out, whichever comes first. Attendees are encouraged to book their travel early.

All participants must register for the conference by June 10. There is no on-site registration. For more information or to register, go to www.tlpa.org and click on the “Meetings & Education” tab.

This is always one of the most intimate gatherings of any TLPA event, and it’s where participants can rub elbows with some of the brightest and most successful operators I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing.”

Operators who are new to TLPA can now take advantage of a 50 percent discount on membership dues for 2017.
