New York, N.Y.--David Eckstein, President and Founding Partner of Valera Global in New York City, officially announced on July 4 that this summer’s Wounded Warrior Project Cross Country Motorcycle Benefit Tour will kick off on July 19 and end between August 12 and 18. Eckstein plans to ride across 48 U.S. states and two Canadian provinces via motorcycle to raise awareness and generate donations for the Wounded Warrior Project.

The Wounded Warrior Project is a non-profit organization whose stated aim is to serve “veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound, co-incident to their military service on or after September 11, 2001, and their families.” Eckstein intends for his trip to honor and support the Wounded Warrior Project’s efforts and welcomes anybody to join or contribute to the cause. Anyone interested in following Eckstein’s journey or accompanying him on his ride will be able to find and track him in real time via Google Maps from his website, limoure.com.

“It is all about bringing attention to the cause,” says Eckstein, “so that we can all reach deeply into our pockets and donate as much as we can to aid this extremely worthwhile organization.”
