Tim Schwab joins GroundLink as regional sales manager and will lead the Western regional sales office in San Francisco. He most recently was the founder and CEO of Sales Beach, a sales automation company. Prior to that he served as head of business development for Life360, where he established strategic partnerships with General Motors, OnStar, Hundai, Kia, Ford, ADT, and Vivint. He began his career with Travel Guard travel insurance where he received top honors for revenue growth and new business development.
Michael Humbard will serve as GroundLink’s regional sales manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. He will be based in Washington, D.C. and will work closely with corporate travel managers throughout the region. Previously, Humbard was with Oracle and Concur and brings travel expense management expertise to GroundLink. Schwab and Humbard will report to GroundLink’s chief sales officer, Michael Mooradian.

Jacksonville, Fla. — East Coast Transportation announced that it has launched a next-generation reservation/dispatch platform in an effort to improve customer service and streamline its reservation systems online, on mobile devices, and in its back office.
According to Mike Sobol, managing member of the company, the platform was developed from the ground up, to integrate all facets of technology like mobile communications, GPS, telephony, and corporate bookings into a cohesive platform. East Coast Transportation leverages the latest SantaCruz technology for faster performance, ease of booking online or via mobile device, and more efficient routing of its team. The app, which is available on the company’s website, allows customers to book service, track their chauffeur, and manager their trips.
