Premiere President David Brown purchased Northeast Shuttle from owner John Ryan. Northeast Shuttle, known for its exceptional bus and shuttle services throughout the Capital Region, will continue to operate under its established brand while integrating into the Premiere Transportation umbrella.

Transportation logistics management organization TBL Group announced the acquisition of Reston Limousine and Travel Service, a woman-owned company based in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Founded in 1990, the award-winning organization is headed by President and CEO Kristina Bouweiri, who has long been a leader and trailblazer in the industry.
